Meet Shelley Moorhead

Shelley Moorhead is a visionary leader, seasoned diplomat, and dedicated advocate for the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands. He is the President and Founder of the African-Caribbean Reparations and Resettlement Alliance (ACRRA), where for more than 20 years he has been at the forefront of the global reparations movement. His leadership has been recognized worldwide, with his work cited in the Journal of African American History and acknowledged in debates in the Danish Parliament.

Shelley has represented the Virgin Islands internationally, addressing forums at the United Nations, the African Union, CARICOM, and parliaments and universities across Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
